 I am a Philippine-American currenly studying Mandarin and I would love a partner to practice with! I am fluent in English and understand Tagalog. I am 23 years old and would love a Mandarin-speaking pen-pal. I hope to become fluent in Mandarin since it is such an amazing language with so much history.
