Our body ask for help always we stop to do exercise. we don't need to go to a gym and pay an expensive membership, it is good enough to walk. If you have been quite for a long time, you can start with a short, slowly hike. Around your square, in the closer park or just in your street, the point to move our legs. Fifteen minutes daily for the first two or three weeks train you to extend them to twenty or better thirty minutes. Few by few you will start to feel better, healthier and even more enthusiastic.
