Management

The advisor will
study safety and technical regulations which must be met in this type of
activities. A Quality planning will be performed and monthly checkings will
take place to monitor incidents, which can happen at any moment of the project.

Charters will be
written in each event. This will be useful to check the effectiveness of these
activities, pointing out suggestions and fails committed. This will create a
feedback which allows to improve the execution of the project during its life
cycle.

2f Human Resources
Management

As previously
stated, the project team is composed of two amateur mountaineers, one trainer
and one advisor. The advisor  has years
of experience organizing climbs to summits above 8.000 m.

The trainer will
travel with the mountaineers to the base camp. Therefore, the trainer will be
in charge of managing communications and unexpected events. Meanwhile, the
advisor will coordinate everything from Spain.

2g Communications
Management

Every member of the
team will attend to the monthly meeting held in the shop’s premises. All other
communications will be held by phone, email or video phone  call, if necessary, from Katmandu.
