So I have been registered on this site for two months now. So far I have not been able to connect with anyone that I can talk with on a regular basis. I would really like to start learning Japanese for many reasons. I plan on immigrating to Japan once I have the income to do so. I also would like to learn a second language anyway.

I hope that someone on here would be able to help me. 

I am not able to Skype on a regular basis, I will only be able to talk through email and such.
