I'd like you to tell me about what the sentences below mean.
I'm just wanna you to tell me, not check my sentence, because these are the sentences on a kind of blog written by a native speaker.
Here is this.
Granted, it ain’t hard to overshadow much of anything with a watch of this size – the simple act of bringing it to bear runs the risk of causing a solar eclipse beneath my arm. Hell, even these wrist shots had to be taken from a camera positioned in a second-story window, but I digress.
I can't understand especially the sentence starting from "Hell".
Why is he suddenly talking about camera? (The whole story is about watch, though)
Thank you for your help.
