Here I am, studying Arabic once more.

I am in love with the language, so much so that I would quit English and just speak Arabic permanently.  I find it easy somewhat, the pronunciation for me is not overly difficult, the sentence structure isn't so bad and my reading and writing is fair.  I think my main issue is how impatient I am to absorb this language.  I want, somehow in one day to just learn it all.  My mind works faster than my skill and it gets frustrating overtime to realize that it will take years to master.

It is also hard to find Arabs willing to help with my problem, partly due to my elementary level, another to their English level.

While the idea of language exchange is superb, the reality is not everyone understands the dedication and time needed for each other just to do that task.  I would be surprised if the success rate is even 5% for this concept.  For me, this only really works if both parties have an intermediate level in both the languages.  Yet, most people on here are elementary such as myself which it is difficult to progress from there.

Not everyone has it in them to be a natural teacher of a language and 9/10 times I try with an Arabic speaker it proves they care more about friendship then actually helping me with Arabic.

I believe someday I will be better than Arabs at this language, I just need to find the path to get there.  Allah knows this language is easier to me than any language I have tried to learn.
