Weekly Report

 

Time passed really fast. I can still see my last post on the first page of the website. Anyway, let me go over what is worth sharing during the week.

 

Firstly, I kept working out the whole week except for one day, when there was something else happening, but i tried to make it up in the following two days by doing more exercise. From this I can see that, to keep doing something every day without a break is really hard, and it can really build up people's perseverance. It has been two weeks of working out every day, and I will try to keep on doing it. 

 

Secondly, I started reading for at least half an hour every day this week. I've finished 《The Kite Runner》, which was really touching. I think I will find time to write a reading report on it some day, but this is another topic. And I'm in the middle of 《The Moon and Sixpence》, which, to be honest, is not my cup of tea. Actually I almost gave it up several times when I was reading it, but i struggled to live with it, and i did make it. I'm not sure what I can learn from this book, but I think it would be a really good experience to me even if the book doesn't fit in my taste. And back to the topic of reading, I think it can really enrich people's life and knowledge and wisdom. So I will also try to make it a routine to read every day.
