In the next few years I like to be a small fish in a big pond. I want to be surrounded with people whose intelligence, ability, wisdom, talent and accomplishments are greater than mine. As a result of this, I will benefit much more and learn much faster in a big pond than in a small pond. Because a big fish just doesn’t have room to grow in a small pond and it never really get an opportunity to explore its real potentiality.

On the flip side of things, there is a peril in a big pond. It is extremely difficult for people to see the wort of a small fish and it likely get lost amongst the crowd. A small fish can fall throw the cracks if it is an average or below average contributor. As a consequence of that, a person who identified himself as a sad, small fish could get depressive and lose his zest of life.

But I know I’m a hard-working person who always wants to improve myself and I’m willing to learn so much more. Smaller ponds maybe easier at start but I wouldn’t be satisfied and stagnate there. As a small fish in a big pond, I'll have enough space to grow. Maybe, someday I might become a big fish – that’s my motivation.
