I bought a new book "Oxford Picture Dictionary" to learn about dally using English.

 I read this book and found a word "we are sorry  party"

The situation is the students enjoy their party at night, but neighbor annoyed the noise and he was irritated.

He claimed them and nextday tenant meeting was held for making rules.

After the meeting,  they cleaned the mess in the halfway and gave each neighbor an invitation to a new party.

Party which I image only  birthday party or goodbye party or something, but party have a lot of meaning.

when are you held a party in your country? Every week?

if you give somebody trouble  , you will held "sorry party"?
