The new law which bans to cook lobsters before stunning them has been enforced in Switerland.

I was a bit surprised to hear that, but I agree with this law.

We, Japanese have a tradition of eating alive fishes, squids and lobsters, etc.

They are  served still alive on a dish in the restaurants, like its body is cut, but its head is still alive, moving its arms.

I think most Japanese feel sorry for them and it is cruel but we don't think sea creatures feel pain.

However, according to Switzerland research, they seem to feel pain.

So, I have made up my mind to never eat alive lobsters again.
