It's going to be September in a day, as it's the end of August today. In my area in Japan, it's still hot. Almost every day is sunny and the highest temperature is over 30 degrees Celsius.

Yet, only a short time in a day makes me feel the fall is coming to our place, which is when is before dawn. It's very quiet. The are a crowd of bell-ringing crickets outside. I hear their sound when I get up early. Literally, they bring their sound like a bell. Also, we write the Japanese Kanji (Japanese characters) like "鈴虫 (Suzumushi, ring and insect)." Personally, when I hear the insects ringing, I feel that season is changing from hot summer to mild autumn.

Yet, still in daytime, there are lots of noises by cicadas, along with those with cars and others.

Do you have bell-ringing crickets in your country? What makes you feel autumn is coming? I'm interested.
