左の受付に働く人は誰ですか? -> who is working in the office on the left ?

誰の車ですか? -> whose car is it ?

行っているレストランはどのですか?　私も行ってもいいですか?-> which restaurant are you going to ? Can I come too ?

私がその質問に答えられると言う人は誰ですか? -> who told you I could answer this question ?
