C'era una volta un punto
e c'era anche una virgola :
erano tanto amici,
si sposarono e furono felici.
Di notte e di giorno
andavano intorno
sempre a braccetto.
"Che coppia modello -
la gente diveva -
che vera meraviglia
la famiglia Punto-e-virgola".
Al loro passaggio
in segno di omaggio
perfino le maiuscole
diventavano minuscole :
e se qualcuna, poi,
a inchinarsi non è lesta
la matita del maestro
le taglia la testa.

Due fidanzati, in vista delle imminenti nozze, cercano una casa. Consultano tutti gli annunci economici del giornale e finalmente trovano un'agenzia che offre piccoli appartamenti a prezzi concenienti.
Accompagnati dall'addetto all'ufficio vendite, visitano l'appartamento e ne sono entusiasti.
Lei è felice : "Vedi-dice al fidanzato- è un po' piccolino, ma a me piace moltissimo ; questi due armadi a muro sono veramente comodi".
