Have you ever felt that joy when helping someone you knew needed it? In my opinion it's one of the best feelings.
My parents since I was a kid have taught me by their example to help people, even if they are strangers. When I was younger, they encouraged me to do little things for others, like giving them a drawing, some encouraging words or helping someone in need to cross the street. And now that I'm a teenager, I mainly like to help older people. The older people in my neighborhood have become grandparents to me. I love being able to help them to do some shopping, clean their houses, or cook when they need it. I also believe that it is important to help mothers. You can babysit their kids sometimes, I did it and I can assure you that you are going to have fun.
I believe that the small actions we do for others make us better people and it's incredible how good one feels after doing it. And the best of all, it doesn't take much effort, just a little time and a willingness to help.
(This is an article that I have to write for my English class so if someone can tell me if I make a mistake Id aprecciate it :))
