For longe time not make exercise. but, now my body is strong, my health more stable. I think; I need again do some exercise. Well, is my second week. I'm going slow, I tried every day. It's not easy, because I have not practiced exercise for 6 years ago. Before, I have one routine all in the morning and ran several times a week. Today, I feel very tired, but that is normal. I think in two weeks I feel more strong. I love again to practice exercise. Is better.
