Telephone calls could be divided into local, national and  international and mobile parts. However, different sector had diffrent performance in total numbers of minutes from 1995 to 2002.

It's obvious that the local calls always pupulated than other two sectors. So the minutes of local telephone call reached the peak in 1999m abd then decreased slightly. Different with the former, the minutes of national and international calls increased steadily. Similar to the minutes of national and international calls, the minutes of mobiles increased steadily before 1999, then increased rapidly after 2000. The situation is similar to China, people inclined to use mobile calls frequently due to the development of the smart phone since 2005.

Above all, the numbers of mobiles calls and national and international calls all went up from 1999 to 2002.
