Hello all!

I'm gonna tell you about trip to Edinburgh this time. 

We went to Edinburgh on the second day as a day trip. It took about 3 hours to get there. If I did in Japan, I would definitely be bored. But, everything is new and beautiful here. I haven't felt bored, if anything I enjoyed it. 

Unfortunately,  the weather was terrible. It rained all day long. We got to the castle of Edinburgh luckily by it rains. That was amazing!!! It was good to look closely. I really recommend you to watch it from a distant place or on a ground. You can see the whole castle. 

After that, we headed for Calton hill. Honestly, the way to get there was horrible. The weather was getting worse and worse. Only one friend had good time, the others took shelter from rain. He was walking around the hill and taking lots of photos. He looked so happy. As soon as he's satisfied, we began to look for some restaurants. All of us were starving and tired because of the rain except for one. We decided on Kebab shop. It was soooo tasty. I'm a huge fan of kebab now x)

In afternoon, we spend time at the national museum. It was bigger than I expected! There were many sections such as fashion, furniture, tableware. only 2 hours wasn't enough to look all sections.  I wish I was there more...

I've got post cards on the way to the station. I always get postcards every time I go on a trip. It is the easiest to get and collect. Actually, I was gonna get Scotch whisky since whisky is my favorite drink. I found Scotland is famous for whisky. If I have a chance to visit there again, I will get it and book scotch whisky experience too. Summer may be best.

In my opinion, Edinburgh suits the bad weather. Every historical buildings look mysterious because of it. If you like harry potter, you would absolutely like the atmosphere.
