The example set my from my father in calisthenics when I was I child was very important to me. I really don´t remember from any time been able to saw him do a single rep; however my mother testifies that he was able to accomplish 12 one arm pushups -so i have to do 13 before I died.
I´ve been a better runner than him however; and I hope that this become a strong point for achieving my goals both as a runner and a calisthenics apprentice.
My father recently past away due to coronavirus. And I feel exercise is a sort of connection between both of us.
