I totally agree to choose a big company, especially for  graduates  . I feel strongly  for this way for two reasons which I will examine in this article.

First of all, Big company have established reputation which your resume will more striking than others. You can get more opportunities to get the company which you want.

Second , you can meet a lot of people which can help you to establish your social capital. It is very important to get a lot of friends in your work life. You can’t expect when you will meet the problem and who will help you. Keeping friendly with anyone which will give you the unexpecting results.

It is the best demonstration of my personal example. I choose the big company in my internship which I learned a lot of business skills and attitude. It is because I have experience in this company , I have priority get this company when I graduated.And I don’t worry that I can’t find the job when I graduated.I also made a lot of friends from the internship  which I learn a lot from them and we still contact them every month. It is the best experience in my student’s life.

Against this argument, some people say that start-up or small companies which will give one an opportunity to promote more easily. Also, you can learn different kinds of profession field which you can get a lot of different experiences.  You can more easily to find the interest which you want and more easily to change your work expertise .
