I, Juliana Perez am writing this letter to you with the aim of applying and take your property located at (address)____. 
I am a married woman living with my husband, my 17 and 10 years old sons, and our little dog, and we wish to take your property on rent for residential purposes. I'm going to study at College for a diploma for the next two years and am able to work part-time. My husband is going to work full-time in the IT field, an area in which he has a lot of experience, and my boys are going to go to school. Your property meets our requirements as it is located near public transportation and is in a beautiful neighborhood where we wish our boys can grow.

As newcomers we know we are at a disadvantage because we are still looking for jobs, but we are willing to pay the three first months in advance, besides the deposit, in order to secure the payments. We have references that we attached with this application, from some Canadian citizens who knew us well, many years before in Colombia, the country where we were born. 

I want to let you know that we leave an apartment rented in our home country and we will take care of your property as we want our tenants to take care of our apartment. I love the order and the cleaning, as well as the gardening, and you can be sure that we will be careful of everything inside your property. I know we also have a puppy but he is well-behaved and trained, and he has a lot of advantages because he is our guardian, and brings us a lot of joy and peace in our lives.
