After my father got married, he lived in my mother's family. When my grandmother died, the inheritance was shared: 3.3% for the mother, 0.4%*3 for the three younger sisters, 30%*3 for the three younger brothers, and 5.5% for the eldest grandson. 

My mother was crying and said: My aunties give her a curse,and said : If daughter can also share the inheritance with them, then will let my mom no son and no grandson. 

Dad was angry, never walked into uncle's house again, even though the next generations we have good relationship.

The reminds of 35 years,

- My brother died, and his eldest son died too.

- After my mother passed away, my father shared her property to equal, breaking the curse.

- My uncle's (older)family has no grandson.

- My uncle's (younger)family has no grandson.
