As a leader of another expedition across Australia from North to South, I will recruit aborigines to guide our expedition. They were born in those lands, so they know them better than anyone else. Each one of them will guide a team of 5 people, and there would be 4 teams in total.

The expedition group will consist of 24 people, 14 camels, 13 horses, and 3 wagons with all the supplies. The aborigines will also help in the hunt of animals to preserve the food inventories.

No one will follow orders from anyone, as part of a team all together have to come up an idea or suggestion and this is what I will take in consideration for taking any decision during our journey.

Each team will have a specific responsibility in this expedition like checking food inventory, checking animals health, water, checking the routes and paths to take, the establishment of the base camp, etc.

I'm confident that all of these measures will help people to get alone well and strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation
