Extreme sports not about health but being body never forget.  Some extreme athletes will use a lot of physical strength to challenge an impossible task, Whether the task is completed or not, it will be remarkable in life.

Climbing, In the beginning, I just went for a picnic and climbed the hills.  Later, I challenged to Jade Mountain  (altitude of 3952 meters) carried a heavy backpack. That was tough and my feet felt sore at the time, there were about 300 climbers, but only a few reached the summit. I almost reached the top nearly to 30 meters distances, however the guide told us not to go further because heavy snowstorm there.

Biking, The short distances training were very relaxing in the beginning, then the long distances were challenged. One time I rode 11 hours a day. I maybe were shortest; I couldn't ride fast. When everyone rested at each stop, I hadn't arrived yet, and when I arrived too, they were ready to ride again.

Morning exercise, This is not necessarily the best time to exercise. Due to my uncle died of a myocardial infarction doing morning exercises in the park. As a result, I no longer feel that early morning is the best time to do outside exercise, especially in winter.

I swim, I like to folk dancing, I do yoga, and occasionally go walking at night, which is my favorite exercise recently.
