Creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas (in words, pictures, music or film) in whichever way they wish. There should be no government restrictions on what they do.

My answer:

Since network developed with an amazing speed, there are more and more creative artists be known by mass, and these artists can spread their ideas more easily and quickly with the help of web. Some people said that creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas in whichever way they wish, I couldn't agree this opinion.

For the positive aspect, artists often have bountiful creative ideas that can be shown via many paintings, music, movies and even installation arts. Ordinary people always been shocked by these astonishing ideas, and what's more, partly people could feel happy, partly people could be motivated new ideas about their own paintings, music and other works. What's more, artists can express political ideas for the governors what they didn't do better for the city before, force governors to pay more attention of their works. So for many matters, artists showed their positive influence to our society.

But on the other hand, if artists can express their opinions without any restrictions, our society could also face negative influence. For example, some artists may like to show their ideas of violence, pornographic and threaten, what could have negative influence on youth generation, or even change young generation's value of society. Every artist is eligible to express their own ideas, but must under restrictions, at least these ideas can't create bad influence for our society and youth generation.

In conclusion, artists should express their ideas under restriction, or it could be a chaos society in the future.
