The last 5 of october was my 50 birthday. I made for luch lentil soup, I was a lot of time I didn`t do it and I was wishing to eat it. But I couldn`t taste it because my brothers gave me a surprise. My sister called my by phone, telling me that she had a leg broken near of my house and if I could go to pick her up (just at the moment I was sitting to eat). Then I went out to pick her up with my children and there were all my family with a great banquet waiting us. That was very pleasant for me.

My father had been through WWⅡ when he was child, his father died when he was 7. He knew his mother need him at the time. My grandma died when he was teenage. My father may missed grandma so much, tearing and told us stories from his mothers' love. One night in a dream he saw his mother came to him, tucked him a blanket and she said : sorry kid, nothing for him, and smoothly touched his face then left from the window.

A recent news, An 11-year-old Ukrainian boy named Hassan was treated to a hero's welcome in Slovakia this week when he crossed the border after traveling 1,000 kilometers fleeing alone.

The boy who was forced to growing up after the war. That was touching and felt kinds of sad.

In this year I starting to learn English because this is my goal for this year, but I discovered that to writing is too difficult for me, it´s too complicated to understand the correct grammar to apply. In this week I´m looking a site that permit me write a text and somebody can help me and correct it, at the same, I want to improve my speaking, and finally I found it and it´s mixxer. I hope to have your help.

Literature is my inspiration and motivation to keep studying and learning new languages (at this moment, I'm trying to learn Russian by myself). My interest in English emerged by reading Conan Doyle's detective Sherlock Holmes when I was a child; since then, my spare time has been spent in discover new authors from different countries and cultures. What would be your suggestion if I wanted to read the main author of your country?   

It's a joke about someone searching through big data and pumping out a bunch of cousins. Just touch a keyboard, and after a few seconds, they find each other looks alike, like looking for a needle in a haystack effort.

One time I went to a traditional market. I found that the monitor was tracking my face with a square sign. I know it's easy to count people-flow with your face or phone.

All of these are not news in this generation. Don't judge your dad, he probably never spread seeds out. Don't judge your mom, she don't know what happen. Don't judge the governor, you neither.

 I can't believe I saw a flock of pigeons flying  V-formation in the sky, the way to conserve energy ,catch prey or avoid an attack.

I had a Agapornis parrot before. It's really smart. I put it in a wooden cage.  A few hours later, it was able to open the cage door on its own. So I locked it up again. Over a night, it bit down and destroyed its wooden cage.  Stay on ceiling. Indeed, It don't like being in a cage. I try to train it fly in living room or stay on my shoulders. Once time I put it on my shoulders and went walking. Suddenly, it was flying to sky and fogging second by second....quickly disappeared.

Every summer, breeding season. Two birds (Gracula religiosa) might move to neighbor's roof and stay at a hot square tube. The chirping sounds are really melodic. I guess why this place is suitable for its breeding. Because of the Weather is 32-36°C.and beautiful forest. Birds don't need to stay in its nest all day. See you tinny guys next summer.

I woke up one morning, and there was no internet so I decided to check the modem, to make sure I could fix the problem, but I found out that my entire neighborhood was no internet. Afterwards, I waited for the connection to be back while I had my breakfast, but the time passed and we were still without internet. All of a sudden, I thought that the best thing to do was to start painting the balcony that I'd been putting off for days. The time was passing and, when I was painting, my smartphone rang, it was a notification, and was at that time that I realized that the internet connection was back and I hadn't received any notifications until that moment.

I am Solomon from Ethiopia. Ethiopia is one of the countries located in Eastern Africa. I am new to Mixxer. I join it to develop my English skills. I join mixxer today. after a month, I expect that I will be good in the English language. This is my first post at mixxer.

20 years ago, I bought a book -Where's Wally?    My Kids sought Wally out for fun.

It was funny in real too. We sought those like katydid, stick bug, caterpillar, tree frog, lizards, green snake, stick bug,mantis...etc hid in the green fields.  I saw soldier too.
