Since almost the existence of human being, the body has been the focus of beauty. It changed according to the stage of humanity, such as in the middle ages, being a big woman or man was seen as beautiful. Nowadays our body has become a huge problem. But why?

First, I must emphasize we live in the social media age, and in that applications, we follow people that we like and recommend us things, we call them influencers. Most of the time they are good-looking people with thin or athletic bodies with a good lifestyle. The main problem is that people, mostly (or primarily I do not which is better) young desire their lives, and their "impossible" bodies, and I said "impossible" because normal boys and girls have curves, sightly fat, cellulitis. Hence, over time It produces body dismorphia.

Second, in the same line as the first reason, society is trying to fight against influencers. These actions with emblems such as "every body is perfect" produce the opposite of what they want. Besides they are producing more body dismorphia with a bulky bodies and it is also unhealthy.

In conclusion, we must leave people to live the way they want and education must became through the parents. They have to teach us what is healthier or not and to love ourselves.

When I was 22 I decided to learn how to Speak English, The English Class on High School weren't as goog As I would have wanted, that's why I payed A lot of money in an Academy, but when I finish my course i was pregnant, I got merried a year ago while I was studying English, then my baby was born and I had to quick my job because I didn't have a reliable person that cares my baby while I was Working. I decide to be at home in order to take care him, the I got pregnant twice, in total I have 3 kids.

The last year I decided to star working again, but like a real state agent.. I don't work for a company, I have my own bussines, because I wanted to earn money and be able to be at home and manage my schedule, but I realized that I need how to speak english and like I never practice my English I have forgotten all that I learned In my's 20's .That Why I decide to enroll in  and other academy to learn English again, One close friend recomended it to me.. Here Am I practicing in order to speak better and speak with fluency. 

Today I'm going to talk about one of the places that I want to know in my life.

Heaven's Temple in Beijing is one of the places that I would like to know when I will be visiting China in the future. I was reading about it and has a history longer than 500 years. Its building process happened from 1406 to 1420 and was an important place where some emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties made ceremonies for praying to heaven in order to get better harvests.

After many years when Anglo-French alliance made the II Opium War there in China they set their main command in the temple, after war finished they left the monument. Some time later this complex was open to public after it turned into a special park.

Always looking with my inner eyes

At first sight, it could be easy to choose the best answer, however, it is quite controversial.

Renewable energy nowadays it is a fashionable topic. A big number of new companies are being born recently and they are selling "the solution" to the planet salvation. Actually, the amount of energy they can produce  it is smaller than the unrenewable energy and it is even more expensive.

On the contrary, reduce what we shop and re-use it can be more effective. Firstly, we use staff that it can not degrade easily. Secondly, we do not produce more or reduce the production and we give it a new life, such as the plastic, glass and others food containers we can make a beautiful flowerpot to decorate.

In conclusion, the human have made a very big disaster with the planet but also more people that we think are doing the best to fix it creating a lot of creative ways such as this two mentioned before. Even though, some are less effective than others if we all cooperate we will accomplish the mission of changing the planet and save it.

I went to park  nearby the day before yesterday and took pictures of plum blossoms.
They smell so good and I can feel the arrival of spring.
After the plum blossoms, the cherry blossoms will bloom.
Spring is just around the corner in Tokyo.
