Julian the guy made a tremendous video on "10 tips to speak English". i find this lesson very useful so i wrote it down. maybe you also find it helpful. If any point, you don't get understood, ask in comment. i will try to answer. :)

1. Dont think, just Speak
2. don't be afraid of embarrasement
3. if you don't know the word for something, guess and ask "is that the right word?""is there a better word?"
4. Just do it
5. Fluency before accuracy
6. Remember the native English speaker are not special, if your isn't exactly the same as theirs who cares
7. Practice
8. imagine yourself being a fluent, effective imagination
9. Learn a lot of phrasal verb, phrases and set phrases
10. never apologize for your English
