During the New year's night I set off fireworks, threw firecrackers and burnt off sparklers. My dad bought three big fireworks that explode high above turning into colourful sparklers. After the fireworks I came back home and we danced with my family. My uncle dressed up as the Farther Frost and gave away the presents. I was given an enormous dinosaur that you can swing on. Then I went to bed.

When I woke up in the morning everyone was still sleeping. I looked through the window and it was snowing. No one was on the street. In a few minutes, my mum woke up. We had breakfast. Then we watched T.V.. "I usually don't watch T.V., but the festive television is different and I watch it with pleasure."  When the rest of the family woke up we took a walk through the  the crispy snow. Me and my dad built a huge snowman. I got acquainted with two boys: Misha and Sergey. They are twins. We had a snowball fight and did up the snowman. A while later I came back home and watched cartoons.
