Some people say that buying a place to live is better than renting.

 Other people say the exact opposite opinion.

 That all depends on the each person’s point of view.

 In my opinion, buying a place to live outweighs renting.

 First of all, when you buy your house, you don’t have to get a permission of an owner.

 You may say that this is an obvious thing, however, when it comes to renting, you always have the owner’s permission. For example, when you want to paint the wall of the room when you fix the broken windows, and so on. You have to discuss the owner whenever you put your hand in your house.

Moreover, some say that it is easier when you rent a house than buying, because you can move anytime, anywhere.  However, it is doubtful if you have your children. The children have to go their school, and they don’t’ want to say goodbye to their friends.

 After all, it is sensible that you buy a place to live because you can have your own fortune in the long run.
