Every year the number of mention of China in the media and on the Internet is increasing, which indicates the growing role of this country in the world. The economic crisis has undoubtedly increased the role.

Many analytics predict good future for China. They proceed from the assumption that the high growth of its Chinese economy will keep for a long time, therefore in the near future it will overtake the USA, solve their major problems and become the leader of the modern world. However, why China, even with all possible future success, will not be able to overtake USA?

Today, when we are talking about the future of the world economy, we always inextricably mention China, where live a large part of the population in nowadays. Over the past 30 years the leadership of this country has done a great job for the development of its national economy. Today China is one of the strongest world powers. But this does not mean that such growth will continue, meanwhile, the slowdown in the economy could lead to political and social issues.

China could not be a real contender for the position of the United States. The reason why it is expected that China will be the leader lies in the fact that its current growth in the coming decades will allow him first to overtake the U.S., and then to catch up to developed countries.

However, why China will not overtake America and other developed countries?

One of the main reasons is that in the US today is concentrated political, military, financial, monetary, economic, technological, innovative and ideological leadership.

It is also clear that almost all these aspects of leadership will be unavailable to achieve for China. Strict regulation of many aspects of the financial activities will not give China the opportunity to become a leading financial and especially monetary center of the world.

What about military leadership? China is actively modernizing its army and rapidly increasing its military spending, strengthen work in the field of developing their own weapons.
