Advantages and disadvantages of going on an organized tour.

I always travel with my wife. When we go on an organized tour we can learn a lot of history about the monuments and places we are visiting. This could be an advantage.

And the main disadvantage is that we have to be on time for all visits. That is, we can't go anywhere at anytime when we want, because we have to follow the tour schedule.

In my opinion I don't prefer travelling on an organized tour. However we like to hire a tour guide to visit some places. Thus we learn the history about the place we are very interested.
