This morning we slept until 1 o’clock pm because we went to bed at 7 in the morning because of the flight schedule. We had lunch with all the other priests and nuns of the area and we had fun with them. In the afternoon we visited a church all made by wood in the middle of the countryside. To reach that place we rade a red pick-up and Giulia, Silvio, Gemma and I decided to stand on the truck body and every car, motorcycle, bicycle or truck we met said hello to us. We really enjoyed the typical tanzanian view and the freshair. We had dinner with the priest and the family and people living in the mission of Kimbiji and now we’re going to enjoy the stars’ view!

At the end, we sttod together watching some falling starts and we also we clearly saw the Milky Way (which some people exchanged for a heap of clouds, but it was too linear to be just clouds), which we also saw during the following nights. We have analysed every single noise we heard (beating birds, monkeys, bats, etc.).
