I hold a B.Sc. in Genetics and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. I am familiarized with skin physiology and anatomy due to the courses that I have taken during my undergraduate studies. In addition, I am a seasoned spectroscopist. I have taken courses on Fluorescence, UV-visible, Raman and IR spectroscopy as part of my Ph.D. studies. Moreover, I have worked as a researcher in the field of Fluorescence Spectroscopy for more than a decade. I have published eleven scientific articles in this field, including an invited review on Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy. I am proficient in the statistical analysis of data using dedicated software (MatLab, SigmaPlot, etc.). I have also taken practical courses on cell culture and I have made measurements in cells. I have extensive experience in the writing of technical reports and scientific articles. I am also familiarized with the theoretical basis of membrane transport and mass balance studies. Finally, I am hard-working and able to work as part of a team. I have good time-management skills and I seldom lose a day of work.
