Lately, I think a lot about why would I make a bad decision, which obviously makes my life more difficult and less comfortable. I’m not talking about the bad decisions that occur because ignorant, forgetting or something above your power as a human being. When you read “decision” don’t think it necessarily means something big or major, even the small decisions in your life are included, they’re all connected after all. After a lot of searches and observing I came out with something good, a little radical but it’s good for you in general. The biggest enemy that prevents you from making a good decision is your emotions and nothing else. It’s all your fault, to be more specific it’s your emotions fault. When you get excited or happy about something you make promises that aren’t exactly in your interest, when you have a good time with somebody you can’t end the talk and that affects your whole schedule, even with yourself, when you can’t get up in the cold morning that because you like the warm bed, when eating too much, when skipping the workout today, when you prefer to watch something instead of finishing your study, and so on. The solution to all of that is very easy, stay calm, calmness is one of the most useful tools in life. In other words, don’t listen to your emotions and listen to the logic, the brain sound. In short, kill your emotions, kill them all, as much as possible.
