Aikido is one of Japanese martial arts.

I learn aikido every Saturday afternoon.

I think aikido has three benefits for me.

First one is physical benefit.

Aikido  is good exercise for me and I don't have any problems in my medical checkup result. 

Second one is mental benefit.

Aikido makes me relax and I can release my stress through aikido exercise.

Third one is social benefit.

When I exercise aikido, I usually practice aikido with partners.

We need to communicate with each other.

So we became good relationship with them.

As a result, it is good exercise for me.
