Hi. I live in Fortaleza, Brazil. It’s a big city. In this moment, it has been several buildings seeing constructed. There are bridge and road in building that is making some trouble in our day. This scenery increases the traffic that even receives much car every day. However, yesterday we suffered much with a situation. There was a blackout in the city in the moment of rush. The traffic light turns off and the traffic transform in chaos. It was a hard situation because the local driver is very stupid.
