According to the new information society, the book, as an object, could be dead. The sales of electronics readers has increased in the last five years. Most of the readers think that electronic readers (ebooks) are more comfortable to use than the traditional paper format, although, for books lovers, the book is a magic object not only to read, but also to have and to protect. The thing is that ebooks are more practical than books in many ways. For instance, you can go on holiday with hundreds of books in a small machine that weights a few grams and you don´t have to pass the pages or find a extrange position to read layed in bed. On the other hand, traditional books have never ending batteries and the possibility of being dedicated.
In my opinion is a wrong battle, because cinema didn´t die when television or video were born and newspapers didn´t die either when internet emerged. Readers could have both to choose the best in every moment.
