Izabella Teixeira, the environment brazilian minister, goes to NYC, this week, with the previus pourpose that the country will presents in Paris, scheduled to december.

The brazilian´s document to the 21ª Conference of the Parts (the global meeting about climate change) it is about the redution of 40% carbon gas emission previusly agreed and accomplished by the brazilian´s politics.

The carbon gas emission is the planet´s heating main reason and as result, the currents climate shock happening all over the world - in special to the less developed nations.

The minister says that Brazil has reached this percentual, depite the others nations (bigger and richer than the 3rd world country)  couln´t  achieve the same results because of the effort they spent on it.

Brazilians should be very proud of it - she says.

Izabella ensures that the brazilian nation compromise with the continuos reduction and asks for higher control by the United Nations with the ones who does not realise - not reduncing its emissions-  the vital importance of it to the entire environment health.
