In my country it says that you can fix almost any problem only by pronouncing three magic words“¿CÓMO PODEMOS ARREGLAR?”

In English it means literally “How can we fix?”, but the real meaning is “How can we agree?”

It makes reference to a bribery.

A man came driving totally drunk when a traffic control stopped him. The cop informed him that he should be submitted to the control of alcohol in the blood (breathalyse?)

The car driver replied “- Why? Do you have any doubt?, Just tell me how we can agree”.

Then, the cop asked for 100 dollars.

The car driver paid him and he went on.

Just 1 kilometre ahead, he found another traffic control and the history repeated.

Another kilometre and another traffic control and again, and again and again for four times.

The man drunk, tired and nervous, said to the cop.

“What is going on? The whole police department is on the road? Just tell me, How can we agree?”.

The policeman said: “Just give me 200 dollars and I show you how to leave the roundabout”
