The other day I was reading an article about a very famous model/actress who let her armpit hair grow and why that meant she was a feminist.
I was shocked and pretty upset since, in my point of view, that's not eaxctly what being a feminist means. I´m not trying to say that this model is not a women's rights defender, but this fact seemed rather trivial to me.
I think that feminism should be about getting equal conditions for women and men, about important matters like education, job, politics, etc. Not about girls letting her armpit grow or being able to wear a smoking. I think we need to fight for our rights and stop pretending we´re feminists just because we do things like the ones I mentioned.

There's still millions of women out there that are forced to get married or sterilsed even against their will, women that can not vote for their presidents, that are not allowed to study. We can not let this kind of "feminism" defines us.
