1. By the year 2021, most of the jobs and schools in Cali will have been using only virtual communication due to the pandemic. Since March of this year, the government made a decree where the population has to live in lockdown due to the coronavirus. From that moment schools and worksites started to require online duties with virtual platforms and virtual meetings. Personally, I think people now know the advantages to work and study from home, the family union-made they started to know better each other, more time to share, better time management, and for the other side the companies reduced the fixed cost and got better employees' productivity. I think this will be the new normal for a lot of families since now. Since we can read in the newspapers the statistics about coronavirus

2. Most of the new houses will have been built at the south of Cali by 2025 Latest years we can observe how the growth of constructions are balanced to the south, because at north the number of industries made the air so contaminated, at the west, there isn't left land to build anything and in the east, the poverty of the neighborhoods brought violence and insecurity, people don’t want to live there if they can. In the south the air is fresh, there is a lot of land in a country ambient, the weather is perfect, and the only inconvenience is the car traffic that is growing directly with the population. So for now, the growth will be at the south and many houses will have been built by 2025.

3. Over the Cali’s river avenue, people will have been walked through a pedestrian remodeled way, where will be building a center of tourism and business that become the main tourist attraction by 2030 Public plans for Cali are to convert the zone around the river in a complex commercial and touristic center where tourists can walk along the river, enjoy the marvelous wheatear we have, know our history and culture, shop around and enjoy our gastronomy. We hope that we will have been enjoying all of this by 2030 3. Cali’s mayor belonging to the left-wing will have been elected by 2023 We are living chaotic political times, where the right-wing is losing credibility and the left-wing is gaining more ground. I’m afraid that the next mayor of Cali will then be from the left-wing and I don’t feel happy with that, since I prefer the communism remains on the sidelines of our lives

4. Poverty in Cali will have been extended in a year and the unemployment rate will be the higher of the last 10 years. Due to the pandemic and analyzing business closure statistics and sectors most affected economically such as tourism, aeronautical industry, restaurants, cinema, and entertainment in general, I do not need rocket science to predict that poverty will have to be a constant next year.

5. By the year 2025 Cali population will have grown in eight thousand people, most of the part in the east of Cali. Considering that poverty and lack of education bring higher pregnancy rates in economically unstable families, I can predict the increase of eight thousand people in this city. This increase does not have to be an exaggeration because poverty also brings violence and deaths, and this will also be a constant in these neighborhoods. In the city in general, the population will also not increase that much due to the COVID deaths that are happening right now.
