The expected result of this first research is a document where is possible to see how much the families have changed their well-being conditions after and before they received the Constru Casa housing solution. To achieve this result, it is necessary a survey design which goes along the well-being definition presented in the literature review. The dimensions and indicators are included in the survey. This instrument also contains a longitudinal study so the researcher is able to detect developments or changes in the characteristics of the beneficiary families. The survey can establish sequences of events, it means that it attempts to gather information where is possible to contrast different moment in time.
