This article completely misses the point. If racial persecution could explain why hundreds of women are leaving the UK for ISIS, all of the UK minorities (including Middle Eastern Christians) would have long fled the UK for relatively stable areas of Asia and Africa. However, no such fleeing has been observed. That's because the decision that these women have taken has nothing to do with persecution, and everything to do with their faith. It is this faith that must be examined and exposed. Unfortunately, instead of being offered an objective examination of such a faith, we are forbidden from criticizing this particular religion, which in practice is tantamount to enforcing Islamic blasphemy laws on the population.
