Dear Mr/Ms:

I´m writing to complain about the product "wash-a-matic" you sell across the website www.bestbuychoiceinyourlife.com.

Firstable, the product was supossed to arrive totally mounted and ready for use, and not as a puzzle game. However, the instructions were in arabic and i did not understand a word which mades the task really difficult and annoying.

Furthermore, they were many parts in bad conditions, with some hit marks and bent in a bad way, I attached detailled pictures of the defects with this e-mail.

In addition, the messenger brought the package to my neighbour because "he was running out of time" and later it was my neighbour who delivered me the package.I am in speaking terms with my neighbour but I do not like the way the things happened, it is not serious.

Lastly, when i have finally assembled the machine and i tried to turn on the switch, the machine exploded and fired....

I cannot deny deception has a really short meaning to describe how i feel about that miraculous product yours. I expect all this episode was just a really bad luck amount of factors and you could finally delivered me ,a product with all the warranties and perfectly delivered in shape and time.I hope not regretting on the decision i had of bringuing you a second chance.

If the problem persists i will not have any more chance than bring your case to the courts.
