Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complaint bout the advertisment that I have read in your magazine last week.

Firstly, the cottage are located in London but you can read in the advertisment that the beach takes only 5 minutes walking from the cottage. It must be a joke, ins't it?

On the other hand, against the advertisment again, the kitchen is equipped only with a table, 2 chair and a microwave wich is not working. In addition, the town is isolated from others towns. To make matters worse, the bus service only has one bus wich arrives at the town 2 time to day. Furthemore, the place is empety enough to make you so bored.

My daughter was who booked the cottage with her friends but they could not stay there since they was deceived, So that, unless we not recived full money that we paid, I will be obligated to report your company's magazine.
