How to handle stress in our life
Stress is ubiquitous in our life. As a student, I have a lot of lessons and tests to cope with,which poses huge pressure on me, especially when I consider my uncertain future. My parents bear even bigger stress, since they have to work hard, make money and worry about me all day. And my elder sister who is bothered about her boyfriend told me that romantic relations sometimes can be stressful. So everyone has his or her stress.
Then how stress affect us? In my opinion, proper stress can stimulus our capability, making us energetic and more sensitive to time. But undue pressure will kill the motivation, harm people's health and even drive people depressive and ultimately lead to suicide.So it's important to hanle our stress properly.
First of all, we need to face our pressure. Finding the source of pressure will help us understand the reason why we feel stressed. Then we need to admit that there might be no way to take the stress off completely. All we need to do is to make ourselves relax and learn to turn pressure into impetus.
Secondly, take some rest and have fun. I believe having fun is a cure to pressure. If you feel tired,frustrated,intense or depressive, then you need some rest urgently. Spend a little time in enjoying your hobbies, talk with your friends about your trouble, go for a holiday with your family and so on. These are conducive to ease your stress.
Last but not least, transform pressure into your impetus. As far as I'm concerned, proper stress will supervise us to work hard and forbid us to be idle. Take president for example, he or she may be the busiest but also the most successful people in a country. Although there are so much work to do, so many decisions to make and so heavy stress to carry, they will never be defeated by pressure but turn it into their motivation and work even harder.
In a word, stress is everywhere. We should face it, work on it and transform it. Then we will keep healthy and earn success.
