We made "Tai no Shiogama" yesterday.

 

"Tai" is a red sea bream.

 

"Shiogama" is a cooking method that is a salt pan roast.

 

Our kids drew the design of fish on the surface of salt.

 

My wife and I intended to nibble it for drinks, but didn't.

 

Because It was very delicious so my kids ate almost all.
