These days I tried to cook aglio e olio peperoncino a couple of times which is one of pasta dishes. The reason why I begun to do it is that one of my friends has grown a chili pepper in her garden, and she gave me it. Peperoncino is one of my favorite. however, I is not easier to cook well than I expected before. If I miss the timing of heating garlic on a frying pan, it got burned and its smell leaves in an oil on the pan. As the result, it is not tasty. This one is simple recipe, which uses only a few ingredients but it is required a skill. I will try again until I can meet the point of my satisfaction about the taste. Because here are still some chili left.
