Hi everyone! Life has kept me busy for a long time. I've been working on my grammar for the past 2 years and I feel like it has improved a lot.
Since I don't have any specific topic to talk about, I'll just write about my daily life.
This week is weaker than normal. My boss is going to some conventions this weeks for pleasure, so I'm doing nothing at all apart from checking my email endless times and reviewing all my boss' work for a couple of times. I have no other tasks to do!
The thing is that she, my boss, should be working on a presention due to next Tuesday. She always plays the same game - she relaxes at the beginning of the week, and then she starts making me feel really overwhelmed about all the chores that we have to do by the end of the week. What's more, she starts telling me to complete them as fast as possible so that she can study or review or do something with them after I'm finished. Wouldn't it be easier to ask me to do those tasks while she's away so she can check them out when she's back?
That's frustating.
On another note, I've been reading Harry Potter's last book for ages - I started it, I stopped reading, and when I wanted to go back to business I had already forgotten about the last chapter I had read, so I had to start again -, and now I'm finally progressing. I started it on my 3rd year of degree, and now that I'm doing my 5th year's intership I have more time to clear up my mind and to focus on other topics apart from my degree. Since I'm doing Architecture degree, it is really demanding. Not only is brain and mind demanding, but also sleep and time demanding. So now that I have more time to myself, I think I might have a chance on finishing the book by the end of my internship.
While doing that intership I'm also working on my end-of-degree project, which is focus on accesibility and solving the problems that disabled people may have while travelling by train. It's really pleasant to work on a social topic. While doing the degree, all problems where about money and space, so I needed to do something that wasn't about the money or the space. Learning to help other people with different life perspectives has broaden my mind. I'm really proud of the partial goals that I'm achieving while doing this project.
