I were in need of help due to unexpected event . I sent an e-mail to a contributor abroad and ask him whether he could do me a favor.

Today i got his furious and affronting reply calling me unorganized person and accused me of breaking my word!

I replied him and explained the situation. Besides, I uploaded some documents which proved his mistakes.

How easy is jumping to conclusion and blame problems on others.

How easy it is to discourage and add insult to injury

Nothing even apologetic comments cannot compensate it.
